RMDM is delighted to announce the publication of a whitepaper on PanTum Detect: the first blood test for the early detection of all cancers. The whitepaper follows our partnership of over three years with Dr. Johannes Coy to further the scientific study of his intensive twenty-three years of R&D, while also obtaining market insights through engagement with the professionals and the public alike.
We are thrilled to be able to share our findings in our PanTum Detect whitepaper, which is now available to view on our website.
As we know, the earlier cancer is found, the sooner it can be treated. Unfortunately, almost half of all cancers in England are diagnosed at a late stage. Our PanTum Detect whitepaper identifies some of the greatest obstacles currently preventing early diagnosis and presents liquid biopsy as a safe; since non-invasive; and effective alternative to conventional tissue biopsy.
“The analysis of tumours using biomarkers in blood is beginning to transform cancer diagnosis. The challenge now is to make liquid biopsy a standard clinical tool’ – Catherine Alix-Panabières, cancer cell biologist at the University Medical Centre of Montpellier, France.
While liquid biopsy testing is already performed in the NHS, it is limited to certain cancer types. Our whitepaper introduces our universal blood test, PanTum Detect, as the new gold standard for cancer diagnosis. We reveal the results of years of research as well as performance data from clinical trials. We also address how PanTum Detect could support and improve cancer diagnostics in the UK going forwards, such through being applied in targeted screening programs and by reducing the costs to the NHS.
“Following extensive research, investment and development, we are now in a position to revolutionise cancer care in the UK. Our blood test will take away the fear factor for biopsies and will give the NHS the confidence to run more universal screening campaigns” – Dr. Ahmed Boughida, Chief Scientific Officer, RMDM.
At RMDM, we believe that the best way to fight cancer is to find new technologies to detect it at the earliest stages, when it is most treatable. To learn more about our early detection cancer blood test, please check out PanTum Detect on our website. Appointments for our blood test are available to book at the Centre for Health and Human Performance, 76 Harley Street, Marylebone, London W1G 7HH (www.chhp.com).
